Breach Bond Review

The Department of Homeland Security (formerly Immigration & Naturalization Services – INS) may breach (forfeit) an Immigration Bond, but there could be defenses to the breach.  Some of these defenses are apparent on the face of the document or within the “A” file.

The INS Form I-323Notice – Immigration Bond Breached” outlines why and when the alien failed to appear for removal (deportation), or interview or departure (for a Voluntary Departure Bond).

We can review the documents and advise you if the breach is valid or if there is a justifiable defense available to you.
